2022 AGM

Now that the on ice portion of the season is over, it’s time to get ready for next year. This year’s “Hanover Minor Ringette - Annual General Meeting” will be held in the classroom at the P&H Centre on Wednesday May 18th from 7-9 PM.

It is very important that we have as many parents as possible in attendance. Several members of the HMR board have held their positions for many years and many are in need of some relief. I understand that the last couple of years have been anything but normal but we have left several positions open for a while now forcing the standing members to pick up extra jobs in times where their existing responsibilities are more challenging than in years past.

If you have a child that is interested in playing ringette next year please make an effort to attend this year’s AGM and please consider volunteering to assist in some way.

Many hands make light work!

The list of positions that need to be filled, the meeting agenda and the board members’ reports will be posted on the website prior to the meeting.

Here is a list of board positions. The website will be updated with nominations as I receive them.
